                                            第五节  河  流

    除黄河外，东明县境内的现存河道，均是黄河决口时形成的溜道，亦称坡河或叫自然流势，分洙赵新河、东鱼河两大水系。
县境分属黄河、淮河两大流域，以黄河大堤为界，大堤以内的黄河滩区为黄河流域，面积251平方公里；大堤以外的为淮河流域，
面积1369.8平方公里。
