                                  第四章  审  判

    1986年，主要审理刑事、民事和经济案件。1990年，发挥控、辩、审职能，实现由“纠问式”向“控辩式”转变。1993年，
开始审理行政案件。1995年后,实行立审分离，审判工作形成大立案、精审判、强执行格局。至2005年，共审判各种案件25800
余件。其中,刑事案1500余件, 民事案12000余件，经济案11000万件，行政案1000余件。
