                                          第二章  东明县人民政府

    东明县人民政府是东明县人民代表大会的执行机关，受中共东明县委的领导，每届任期与县人民代表大会同步。有县长、
副县长和各行政科局组成。县长是一个县的最高行政长官，负责全县的行政事务，同时受上级行政机关领导。各科局受县长或
分管副县长领导，负责处理职权范围内的工作。1986年，国家法律不健全，多采用人治。之后，县政府行政逐步转到依法治理
上来。
