                                    第五节  特种设备安全监察

    2000年，特种设备管理权由县劳动部门移交技术监督部门，县技术监督局成立锅炉科，开始对全县的特种设备进行调查摸
底，注册建档。2002年后，开展对危险化学品、土锅炉、液化气 等进行专项整治。2003年,完成液化气产权转移工作；举办特
种设备操作人员技术培训班3期。2004年，协助企业制定特种设备紧急预案，完善特种设备动态网络监管系统，建立3个数据库。
2005年又对数据库进行更新。
