                                          第二节  烟草购销

    20世纪80年代末至90年代中期，县内卷烟品种少，档次结构单一，省外卷烟的购进受上级部门控制，卷烟购销须严格审批，
供需矛盾比较突出。90年代中后期，卷烟购进计划放松，供需矛盾缓解。2001年，根据需要可直接向市烟草公司提交计划，由
市公司将货配送到县，县烟草公司撤销周转站，卷烟购进实施大物流、大配送。通过整合零售网点，形成城乡一体、统一运行、
集中配送的购销模式。2005年,县烟草行业配备专业客户经理12人，配送服务车13辆，开展送货上门服务。该年,全县销售卷烟
1.64万箱，实现利税950万元。
