    90年代初，计划外油品开始进入东明市场，平价油供应取消，成品油购销全面市场化。2000年后，为扩大终端销售市场占
有率，公司加快加油站建设，在城镇、国道、县道、高速路口等交通要道建加油站，2001年,全县加油站由5座增至12座。2004
年，县石油公司业务分割，批发、零售分开管理，经营网点重新规划布局。2005年,全县个体零售网点达155个，成品油供需两
旺，市场平衡。
