    何允升（生卒年不详）字西园，清代名医，东明县人，附贡生出身。
    允生性慈和、爱施与，仰慕范文正之为人，常说：“人生在世，如不能飞黄腾达，就该操一技之长济世寿民，要比做一辈
子书呆子有意义得多。”他弃文习医。经过数年专研，始为人治病，赖以痊愈者甚多。每有穷困或旅居的人有病，他听说后往
往不请自到，深受人们称赞。乾隆末某年，和督某公得知允升医道高明，请他医治顽疾，竟豁然而愈，拟举荐他为朝廷太医，
允升婉言谢绝。年五十三而卒，著有医书数本藏于家。受其熏陶，其后辈子孙从医者众。
