    徐新生，生于1963年3月，东明县人，中共党员。1983年毕业于北方交通大学建筑系。1989年获工学硕士学位。1994年调入
山东建筑材料工业学院任教。2001年评聘为教授。现任济南大学土木建筑学院副院长、特岗教师、硕士生导师。
    参加工作以来，主要从事结构工程学科教学和科研工作。在建筑结构设计、建筑结构鉴定与加固、新型FRP筋混凝土结构等
方面开展了深入的理论研究和应用推广，主持和参与国家、省（部）级科研教学项目10余项，发表论文50余篇。
