    张特立（1178～1253年）字文举，曹州东明人，金朝直臣。1203年中进士第，初任偃师主薄，后调德州司户。德州多皇族
贵士，且常横行不法，特立择其严重者予以严治，全境肃然。正大初年，授洛阳令，拜监察御史。任时首先向皇帝提出世宗诸
孙不该幽禁；执政大臣如尚书右丞、参知政事等均不称职，应予罢黜。这些建议对朝廷有利，可受宰辅忌讳，因此暗地排挤。
不久，即下迁为邳州军事判官，并受杖刑。特立见直道难行，就辞官归田。1253年卒于家。著有《易集说》、《历年纪事记》
行于世。
