    鄄城县1960年前人口出生死亡情况无从查考。根据县公安局、统计局及人口普查等资料统计，鄄城县自1961至1990年30年间共出生330569人，死亡115731人，自然增长214838人，每年平均净增7161人，年平均自然增长率为13.9‰，其中1962至1980年为高出生、低死亡、高增长阶段，19年共出生256796人，死亡83957人，净增172839人，平均每年增加9097人，年平均自然增长率一直保持在17.8‰左右。1981至1986年为低出生、低死亡、低增长阶段，6年间共出生33623人，死亡18610人，净增15013人，平均每年增加2502人，每年自然增长率控制在3.98‰左右。1987年后，人口自然增长有所回升，到1990年自然增长率为14.3‰。
