    鄄城处于北温带，大陆度64％，属季风型大陆性气候。四季分明，3-5月为春季，6-8月为夏季，9-11月为秋季，12-2月为冬季。冬季受北方干冷空气影响，盛行北风，天气寒冷，雨雪稀少；夏季被南方暖湿空气控制，盛行南风，高温、高湿，雨量集中；春秋介于冬夏之间，两种气流相持，天气较冬季暖而不及夏季热，降水较冬季多而少于夏季，为过渡性季节。春旱、初夏旱、夏涝秋又涝是鄄城县气候的基本特征。
