    清末至1938年（民国27年），郓城通往外阜的航道只有黄河1条。一般自苏阁、杨集、刘仁码头至济南洛口。1938年国民党炸开花园口，黄河改道，郓境内航道中断。1947年黄河回归故道，自郓城至济南、济宁（通过运河）的航道又开通。建国后，县人民政府组建航运队，郓城黄河航运事业有了发展。1976年在黄河大堤上修筑东（明）银（山）小铁路后，郓城至济南的航运停止。苏阁、杨集等码头只为过河车辆人员服务，县航运队转入京杭运河。
