    清末至1938年(民国27年)，巨野县在济宁北、南旺湖岸长沟，设有管理运河漕
运闸官，主要管理运粮。
    1970年开始，在万福河上，修建关桥船闸、冯集船闸两座，属菏泽地区航运局
管辖。但困水源不足，水陆交通没有正常运行。
