    1950年1月， 巨野县人民政府设人民监察委员会， 编制3人， 其中主任1人，
1955年5月撤销。1958年6月，设立人委监察室，编制3人，其中主任1人，1962年12
月撤销。1965年5月，设立人事监察科，科长1人，副科长1人，办事员6人，1966年
5月撤销。1988年1月22日，设巨野县监察局。1990年底，局内设有秘书科、审理科、
监察科、信访科、教育科，编制15人，其中局长1人，副局长2人。
