地方政府分配发行；机关团体、部队、事业单位和农村富裕合作社，适当认购；个
人自愿认购。
    巨野县1981年完成国库券31.3万元，1982年完成58．9万元，1983年完成84．3
万元， 1984年完成88．3万元， 1985年完成154．5万元，1986年完成157.1万元，
1987年完成153．2万元， 1988年完成165万元， 1989年完成163万元，1990年完成
164万元。
