    清末至民国期间，县内没有专门计划管理机构。
    中华人民共和国建立后，县人民政府于1952年设统汁科，1955年设立计划委员
会，由副县长兼县计委主任，下设专职副主任和计划工作员。1967年，县革委生产
指挥部设计划组。1976年，恢复县计划委员会。1990年，县计委没有综合科、基建
科、区划办公室、矿产管理办公室和专职秘书。各乡镇设有计划经济委员会。县直
机关，有的设有计划科或计划股，有的设有专职或兼职计划管理员。
