    按1990年全国土壤普查资料， 全县土地总面积1954143．3亩， 其中实际耕地
1501263．4亩， 园地40465．7亩， 林地面积33236．6亩，居民及机关企事业占地
240219．5亩，交通占地41158．5亩，水域占地80353亩，未利用土地17446．6亩。
土地资源的特点是：垦殖率高，利用率低，以耕地为主，林、牧地少，生产水平不
平衡，中低产田比重大，但增产潜力大。人均占有绝对资源量较全国、全省均低。
1949年， 全县平均每人占有耕地3亩多。1990年，全县农业人口人均占有耕地1．5
亩。
    土壤类型： 沙壤土17．4086万亩， 占总耕地面积的15．6％； 轻中壤土69．
9918万亩，占总耕地面积的62．9％；重壤土23．8996万亩，占总耕地的21．5％。
