    1956年开始，县内对私营工业采取公私合营形式，进行社会主义改造。当时金
县共有公私合营工厂4家， 不久就归县手工业联社或县工业局，  转为地方国营。
1958至1980年，县内没有公私合营工业企业。1980年以后，县、乡镇政府采取“自
办为主、国家扶植为辅和自负盈亏”等办法，帮助个体专业户兴办一些小型工厂，
到1990年，已有62处。
