    1982年6月，单县人民法院始建执行庭。建庭初受理执行案件不多。1984年，受理11件，执行标的额5.19万元。1985年，受理53件，执行标的额27.91万元。当年执行终结44件，结案率为81.1％。共执行押解304人次；值庭192个，送达各种文书286件。
    1986年，受理98件，处结84件，结案率为85.7％，执行标的额达36万元。
    1987年受案249件，结案162件，结案率为65.1％，执行标的额计112万元。
    在执行工作中，严格遵守执行程序，坚持说服教育为主，辅之以必要的强制措施，促使和强制当事人执行。
