    1955年7月—1965年，共受理人民来信来访2231件。其中：直接查处560件；转有关单位处理的1671件。
    1979年后，信访工作不断加强。检察院增设了信访股，1985年改称为控告申诉检察科，专门受理信访案件。1978—1987年，共受理来信来访2284件。其中：直接查办147件；转有关部门处理2137件。有的起诉到县法院判处徒刑；有的给予党、政纪处分；有的则给予平反昭雪落实了政策。1987年组织15人，认真复查历史老案，重点复查纠正了检察院重建后免诉不当的案件。
