    1955—1965年间，共受理案件565人，其中立案侦察150人，批准逮捕109人，其他分别建议有关部门给予党纪、政纪处分。
    “文化大革命”期间，法纪检察处于瘫痪状态。1978年，健全了法纪机构，配齐了人员。对国家机关工作人员中的犯罪分子加强了检察，严厉惩处了一批违法犯罪分子。1978—1987年，共受理125名案犯。其中：立案侦查44名，批准逮捕20名；作其他处理105名。
