    1952年，县政府设统计科，管理全县计划统计工作。1955年1月，改称计划统计科。1956年10月，设计划委员会（以下简称计委）。1958年4月，计划统计科与劳动科、计委合并成立计划统计局。1960年3月，撤销计划统计局，分设计委和统计科。1971年5月，计委改称计划办公室。1976年8月，复称计委。1987年，计委内设秘书科、农业科、工业科、物资科，共11人。
