    烟尘污染  单县1985年有半吨以上的锅炉32个，茶水炉6个，民用炉灶（县城内）4000个。县以上工业企业用煤量12937吨，城镇居民用煤5216吨。全年向大气层中排放二氧化硫818吨，氮氧化物117吨，一氧化碳18吨，烟尘582吨。
    废水污染  经测定，1985年总排废水量153万吨，其中皮革制造厂排放废水7万吨，占总排放量的4.6％；医院排放废水8万吨，占总排放量的5％，食品加工业排放废水5万吨，占3％；化工行业排放废水4万吨，占2.5％；其他行业排放废水307200吨，占20％。生活污水占15％；其余均为纺织业排放废水。
    废渣污染  1987年，共排放废渣496吨，其中工业废渣388吨，基本上回收用于修路、建房。县城生活垃圾5760吨，用作肥料。
