    雨凇，也叫冻雨，俗称“下琉璃”。1960年至1983年资料表示为五年一遇，共发生五次，多在1至3月。1971年3月1日夜出现雨凇，至3月4日12时13分止，长达76小时，倒断电线杆1000余棵，压断各种电线1500余处，电话、广播、交通中断，很多树木被折断。1979年2月21日至22日，出现雨凇，路面结冰，树木折枝，电线杆折断30%，有线广播中断半月，交通中断3天。
