    1944年，县抗日民主政府设工商管理局，兼管工商行政。1950年至1956年，县人民政府设工商科；1956年至1963年工商行政管理划归县商业局领导。1977年始，县革命委员会工商行政管理局改称县工商行政管理局。
    抗日战争胜利后，抗日民主政府曾于党集和城关设立工商事务所。1946年，在九女集、天宫庙、伯乐集、苟村集、白浮图建立工商事务所。1947年，大田集、南鲁集、孙寺、汶上集建立工商事务所。中华人民共和国建立后，1958年至1976年10处公社驻地设市场管理所。1977年改称工商行政管理所。1985年全县19处乡镇，除康集、张楼、徐庄三个乡外，各设工商管理所。
