  马效坤  男，汉族，1947年9月出生，山东成武人。中共党员，1968年9月参加工作。中专学历，高级工程师，现任山东达驰电气股份有限公司董事长。省十一届人民代表大会代表。先后荣获“山东省劳动模范”“山东省千名知名技术专家”“全国十佳新闻人物”“山东省优秀企业家”“中国品牌建设十大杰出企业家”等荣誉称号。2013年1月当选全国人大代表。
