第四节  档案编研
      
    1986～2005年，档案管理人员积极探讨新形势下档案工作所面临的新情况、新问题，参与编纂《档案利用实例汇编》、《菏泽档案工作纪实》、《中共成武县组织史资料》等，并根据工作实际，撰写一批学术论文，其中在国家级学术刊物上发表11篇，省级12篇，市级23篇，获省市档案学术成果奖16项。
