第六节  劳动工资
      
    1985年12月，企业职工工资改革，对成武县4056名职工的工资标准改革；1986年12月，提高工资类别。1989年12月，实行浮动工资标准，对本县5393名职工的工资实行浮动工资标准；1990年6月，职工工资升级，对5860名职工的工资升级；1994年12月，企业技能工资套改，全县13711名职工技能工资标准套改。1997年6月，增加岗位技能工资，对12225名职工增加岗位工资；1999年9月，对13720名职工档案工资标准进行套改。2001年11月，提高职工工资标准，提高15732名职工档案工资标准。
