第二节  出国管理
      
    根据菏政外［2000］9号文件规定，对企业因公出国（境）人员实行“一次审批，年内有效”的简化办法。1996～2005年，共办理出国手续107人次。加强出国管理，严把审核关。强化护照收缴制度，凡到期的都做到及时、全部收回，使得护照回收率达到100%。
