    1986年，中共成武县纪律检查委员会设有秘书科、信访科、纪律检查科、审理科、经济检查科，1987年2月经济检查科改设为党员教育科。1988年8月实行科改室，将原来五科改为五室，即办公室、纪检室、审理室、信访室、教育室，室主任为副科级干部。
    1993年4月，县纪委、监察局合署办公，设8个中层机构：办公室、党风廉政建设室、宣传教育室、案件审理室、信访室、执法监察室、纪检监察一室、纪检监察二室。1999年11月设监察综合室。2002年8月设纠正部门和行业不正之风办公室，为正科级行政单位。2003年5月设行政效能投诉中心，为副科级行政单位。
