第七节  债 券
      
    1986年后，个人国家债券有国库券、国家建设债券和保值公债三种。国库券自1981年开始发行，分实物券、凭证式债券和记账式债券。1986年后，国库券期限一般有2年期、3年期和5年期。1988年，发行国家建设债券。1989年，发行保值公债。1994年始，国家发行凭证式债券，记账式国债在成武县一直未发行。
