第三节  执法
    1991年水利执法体系建立，以水政股为主，每年均处理一批河道取土、私自砍伐堤防树木、违章建筑等水事案件。1996年水政监察大队成立，配备专职队伍和车辆，常年巡逻在县内大小河道，发现违规违法案件及时处理，大大加强执法力度。水政监察大队还常年到企业上门服务，负责水资源费和河道维护管理费的收缴工作。
