第一节  法制宣传
    1988年《中华人民共和国水法》及其他有关法律法规颁布实施以来，全县每年都利用3月份的水法宣传周及其它时间，通过设立咨询站、出动宣传车、制作宣传牌、粉刷永久性标语、散发宣传材料等多种形式等，进行造声势搞宣传。特别是1996年水政监察大队成立以来，每年集中全体队员，利用乡镇集会日等人群集中时间宣传水利法律法规，形式多样，内容丰富。通过宣传教育，提高广大群众的水利法律法规意识。
