    字省斋，黄店镇眼药李庄村人，出生于世医之家，擅长内、眼两科，眼科尤为独步。李继增将祖辈的临床经验与众家之长溶为一体，以“眼疾内治”的方法，辩证施药，除外用“导赤散”、“拨云散”、“清凉散”、“红眼散”外，根据发病机里，内服“明目地黄汤”、“逍遥饮”、“知柏地黄汤”等，效果甚佳，享誉方圆百里。1941年5月，定陶、曹县、成武、单县、巨野、菏泽6县民众恭送《四世名医》巨匾。1942年，日本侵略军在定陶境内发动大规模的扫荡，继增流亡他乡，为人医病。1946年，因染痼疾，客死于商丘。
