共党员， 大学学历，法律硕士学位，1994年8月参加工作。1994年8月至1996年8月，
任菏泽检察分院办事员； 1996年8月至2000年9月，任菏泽检察分院助检员；2000年9
月至2000年12月， 任菏泽检察分院副科级助检员；2000年12月至2002年7月，任菏泽
检察分院副科级检察员； 2002年7月至2004年12月，任菏泽市检察院公诉处副处长、
副科级检察员； 2004年12月至2009年3月，任菏泽市检察院公诉处副处长、正科级检
