    2008年10月，曹县启动实施企业职工生育保险制度。企业按缴费工资总额的1%缴
纳保险费，职工个人不缴纳保险费；参保人员主要享受女职工产假期间的生育津贴，
女职工生育发生的医疗费用，职工实施计划生育手术发生的医疗费用，国家规定的与
生育保险有关的其他费用。至2009年12月，全县参保11483人，征缴保险费133万元，
支付待遇43万元。
