    1989年12月， 曹县第七届工会会员代表大会在工会礼堂召开，参加会议代表181
人，徐喜德代表曹县总工会第六届委员会作工会工作报告。会议选举徐喜德为县总工
会第七届委员会主席、并选举副主席2人，常务委员9人，委员21人。同时选举经费审
查委员会主任1人，委员5人。至2009年，未再召开全县工会会员代表大会。县总工会
主席先后2次易人。
