    1988年12月， 全县31处乡镇均设立县政协乡镇联络处，每个联络处设主任1名、
副主任 1～4名。 乡镇政协联络处贯彻执行党的统一战线方针、政策，组织委员开展
活动，撰写和办理提案，协助党委、政府发展民族经济，确保宗教活动正常化。2002
年2月，机构改革，撤销县政协乡镇联络处。
