    1986年， 全县完成地方财政收入831万元，财政总支出3033.9万元。1987年后，
深化财政体制改革，加强财源建设，严格收入征管，堵塞各种漏洞，财政收入年年完
成预算，财政支出得到有效控制。2009年，完成财政总收入121175万元。其中，地方
财政一般预算收入65296万元， 地方财政一般预算支出166011万元。曹县被确定为山
东省首批财政“省直管县”改革试点县。
