    海外办企业 2009年1月13日，曹普公司在美国俄勒岗州开办天威国际发展有限公
司（Tianwei International Development Corporation） ，投入资金35万美元。企
业上市 2009年2月，菏泽巨鑫源食品有限公司向澳大利亚投资机构、基金机构发行公
司债券。 4月底正式复牌，募集资金7000万澳元，到位资金1200万澳元。同年10月，
山东曹普工艺有限公司在美国成功上市，融资6000万美元，到位1500万美元。巨鑫源
公司和曹普公司是全市首次在国外上市的两家企业。当年，县委、县政府授予巨鑫源
公司、曹普公司“境外上市功勋企业”荣誉称号。
