    1986年， 全县有饮食业户3147家，其中全民企业6家，集体企业54家，个体饮食
业3087家，从业人员6619人。县城较大的饭店有曹县饭店、红星食堂、建华饭店、青
年饭店等。1990年后，随着企业经济体制改革的深入，国有、集体饮食业逐步退出市
场，个体饮食业得以快速发展。1996年，全县饮食业国有5家，集体1家，个体3270家，
从业人员11519人。 1996年后，城市开发带动饮食业的发展，先后建起明珠海鲜城、
商都饭店、蜀庄火锅、曹县大饭店、红星大饭店、宏图饭店等。同时，民族庄园、王
光大厦、磐石宾馆、政府招待所等一些大的宾馆也从事饮食服务。2009年底，全县有
证饮食业户902家，注册资金8205万元，从业人员1793人。
