    1986～2009年， 全县以骨干河道治理为重点，相继治理了
东鱼河南支、引黄干线、新冲小河、黄白河等骨干河道，增强了抗御自然灾害的能力。
同时出境参与了洙赵新河、东鱼河的治理。其间，还对境内主要河道建筑物进行配套
完善，新建、改建一批桥、涵、闸工程，使河道综合效益得到逐步提高。
