    1983年， 县邮电局建立集邮柜台，1984年5月扩为集邮门市部，出售特种和纪念
邮票，并经办美术片、首日封、集邮册、纪念片、纪念币、台历、集邮杂志和集邮用
品等。 1986年，全县集邮收入54300元。1988年，成立曹县集邮协会，集邮爱好者近
700人，当年集邮收入7万元。1990年后，邮票种类增多，集邮业务逐渐形成规模。至
2009年，全县集邮收入达到711400元。
