    公证处自建立到1985年底，共办理民间公证22971件，其中，收养子女公证11件
，遗嘱公证13件，房屋买卖公证125件，农村宅基地使用权公证21766件，其它公证1
056件；办理经济合同公证512件，其中劳动合同公证8件，购销合同公证64件，赊销
合同公证2件，其它合同公证438件。同时，还发现制止了具有欺骗行为或无履行义务
的合同25件，避免经济损失170多万元。
