    1981年1月建立曹县司法局，内设人秘组、法制管理组、宣传组。1982年5月改为
人秘股、宣传教育股和民事调解股。1984年5月又改为办公室、法制宣传股、基层调
解管理股。1981年1月恢复法律顾问处，3月建立公证处。两个处受县司法局组织领导
和业务监督。到1985年底，全局共有司法行政人员27人，乡镇司法助理员49人。
