    1983年3月，曹县人民法院设立执行庭，配干部6人，其中庭长、副庭长各1人，
法警4人。到1985底，又增配审判员2人，法警2人，书记员1人。执行庭为保证《刑事
诉讼法》、《刑法》、《民事诉讼法》、《经济合同法》等法律的执行，依法受理各
种委托执行案件，按照强制与教育相结合的原则，进行逮捕、拘留、押解犯人和送达
法律文书等工作。到1985年，共受理委托执行各类案件41件，外地人民法院委托执行
各类案件16件。
