    县人民检察机关同违法乱纪行为作斗争，保障公民的人身权利、民主权力不受侵
犯。按照法律规定，对国家工作人员违犯国家法纪、触犯刑法，需追究刑事责任的案
件进行查处。1979～1985年底共受理法纪案件31起44人，立案侦查6起9人，其中非法
拘禁3起4人，玩忽职守1起3人，其它案件2起2人。经侦查决定起诉8人，免予起诉1人
。对一些虽有违法乱纪行为，但构不成犯罪的案件，则移交有关部门作其他处理。
