    1982年，县检察院根据全国人大常委会关于《严惩严重经济犯罪活动的决定》，
运用检察职能，打击经济犯罪。从是年开始到1985年底，共立案侦查经济案件26起3
9人，决定逮捕犯罪分子13人，起诉10人，免诉29人，追缴赃款及赃物计15万元，为
国家挽回经济损失40余万元。
