    1994年，护理人员实行全国统一管理的护士执业注册制度，每两年注册一次，
当年注册护理人员570人。 1999年，开始实行执业医师注册制度，当年过渡注册
医师1059人，执业助理医师175人。至2005年底，注册执业医师589人，执业护士
777人。
