    1996～2005年， 牡丹区红十字会经过组织、 宣传、发动，共完成无偿献血
13260余人次， 超额完成菏泽市献血办公室下达的献血指标，连续被评为无偿献
血先进区。1999年在全国无偿献血城市表彰大会上，有49人被授予金杯奖，占当
年菏泽地区金杯奖的79%，占全国的8%。
